OLM ® Pulse Jet Bag Filter, is cleaned by impact of the blast effect which is created by compressed air blasting system on surface of the bags with shake them out. The filter bags are arranged for per valve (normally 12) and valve number depends on the size of the filter or compartment. Bag filter system mounted at the top of the filter mirror.The cleaning system is working by the system located on the top of bag bloving compressed air into the bag. This process is referred as Pulse jet cleaning system as a general term.

An equal amount of compressed air is blown vertically down to each bag through the venturi. Venturi bag is hanging for to increase the base air entrainment. Compressed air, additional air supplements an adds the cleaning process. Each row of bags, takes short pulse of compressed air approximately 100 m sec. High pressure compressed air creates a shock wave down for releasing the majority of dust around the outside of each bag . This dust drops to reservoir below.



Bags are randomly cleaned, not with a specific time or region in the filter. The duration of opening of each solenoid valve control performed by the monitor-controller, a series of electronic signals. Monitor the time to clean the whole number or a pulse duration of the valve is fully adjustable. In addition, a differential pressure measurement system controller polluted regions are automatically arranged on request also times of explosion are determined.
