WHAT is IMPREGNATING?

"Impregnation" process of impregnating substances of different chemical structure to wood in a variety of ways. In this process, protect wood from wood fungus, insects, termites and from pests. With this method wood service life can be increased.at least 10-times

Whether as a building material, whether it s use for decorative purposes, wood is always more healthy, durable, sturdy and environmentally friendly when you compare with other materials,.

The impregnation process makes wood a material more durable than steel, concrete and all construction materials into a more healthy and protects from insects, termites and pests, prevents decay.

EQUIPMENT COMPRISING our system

1 - Impregnation Tank
2 - Mixing Tank
3 - Mixing Storage Tank
4 - Load Carriage
5 - Vacuum Pump and the Group
6 - Electricity Board

We develop ourselves with variable conditions,. Developments not only observing of relevant innovations. We also provide solutions to consumers within the most appropriate price ranges.

VACUUM-PRESSURE SYSTEM STAGES

1- Loading product to the tank: Properly stacked piles of wood is placed to the impregnation tank
2-Period of vacuum: 60 cmHg (0.8 bar) vacuum is applied in the impregnation tank. This is for removing air out of the wood material by vacuum process. Duration of the Vacuum vary according to tree species 30 min for pine, 60 min for oak and beech, 120 min for spruce tree Processing times vary according to trees
3 - Chemical period: After vacuum process impregnation material is transferred to the boiler. Filling process is carried out.under vacuum (50 cm Hg)
4 - Pressure cycle: High pressure processing is usually carried out between 8-14 atmosphere. 60 min period of pressure for pine according to the type of wood, beech, oak 120 mins, can rise up. Processing times vary depending on the tree type
5 – Load-out of vacuum tank and the last vacuum period: the high-pressure is removed and impregnation material is taken back from the boiler. Preventing Impregnation material out of the of wood drain, 5 minutes 40 cm Hg vacuum applying and then impregnation material is taken back. Vacuum is removed.
6 - Tank Cover Opening: The last step is the impregnation tank opening and processed product removing.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS:

Impregnated wood never goes out as dry. Impregnated wood should be dry for 3-4 days in an environment without direct sun.

Wood which is enter Impregnation process or in other name as ‘front protection process’ will need to be brought as much as possible the size of the final use. The reason is because of high price of impregnation chemicals used in the impregnation process. That means each process needs additional cost of impregnation material. Therefore, the size of the timber material must be in the last position for use.
